Know your aptitude for a career stream with a scientific psychometric test by educationists and psychologists

Using our state-of-the-art Akal Learning platform, students can assess their aptitude with a scientific psychometric testing instituted by a world-class team of educationists and psychologists. Psychometric tests help students to get to know their strengths and weaknesses better. Through a set of standard questions or queries, psychometric tests try to understand an individual’s personality profile. These questions are designed to interpret the student’s physical and mental state and their conditioning.Additionally it gives the level of intellectual ability, personality characteristics etc.

Akal Mentoring Program imparts knowledge, skills, motivation, support, and direction to students of Akal Academies, Eternal, and Akal universities. This program will empower students to diligently explore different careers and make the correct decision based on their interests and passion. Our mentorship program can also help fulfill a critical need in our communities.

Our mentoring programs also provide students with the opportunity to gain and refine important skills, such as critical thinking,problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, all of which are important and can benefit them as they plan for college and enter the workforce.

Moreover, our Mentoring team consists of dedicated, passionate professionals who have come together to help students choose the right career. All our volunteers have excellent academic records and substantial work experience in their respective fields. Moreover, they all have a strong zeal to share their challenges and experiences with the students to succeed in this highly competitive world.

The objectives of the Akal Mentoring Program are as follows:

Work with students to identify the career/Job Role-based on interest and passion.
Motivate and support in taking the right decision to choose the right career.
Develop the roadmap to obtain the required skills to achieve the target Job role.
Imparting knowledge of the different Job Roles available in various Industries.
Develop the roadmap to acquire skills for higher education in top universities.

The goal of our Akal Mentoring Program is to ensure that students are prepared for further higher education along with entry-level professional success. Further, our mentoring program supports healthy decision-making by providing experienced mentors who can listen, guide, and offer meaningful opportunities.
