FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – Job Satisfaction

Speakers: Ms. Komal Rana, Assistant Professor from the Department of Mental Health Nursing at Akal College of Nursing, served as the main speaker for the event. Her expertise in the subject and engaging presentation style captivated the audience throughout the session. Program Highlights: The Faculty Development Program commenced at 9:30 AM and began with a warm welcome and introductory remarks by the organizing committee. The attendees, comprising faculty members from various departments, expressed their eagerness to gain insights into fostering a more satisfying work environment.
